Preorder

No matter if it’s a CD, Tape or Vinyl (currently taking months to make), for many different reasons you might be in a position that won’t allow you to cover the whole manufacturing price upfront. We totally get that and this is why you can work with us on your preorder campaigns.

It couldn’t be simpler, really. After you discuss your desired album options with our sales and production team, you will get the quote and we’ll be able to set up a preorder campaign in our marketplace and get the gears in motion.

After the agreed time for hosting a preorder (for example 14 or 30 days) you will receive a statement from the store listing sold items and a summary of production costs covered. Then we will discuss next steps.

If you reach a 100% goal than there’s nothing more to it – we simply start manufacturing your release, fulfill the orders and you’ll start receiving your payout. If during this stage you decide to to increase quantities, then there’s no problem, we can still do it.

If the goal is not met by the demand, then the decision is up to you. We can either cancel the preorder and refund your customers or you can simply transfer the rest of amount needed to start the production.

All preorder campaigns can be expanded with our merch-on-demand services and you can create merch bundles of your choice.

The best part of the platform is that it is completely free to use for artists and labels, meaning that we do not charge a fee for the service. You pay the fulfillment fee, which is actual and real work. But that’s fair, right?

Our commission here is 20%. Let’s see this example: you are selling CD for 10 EUR. Your profit is 8 EUR while the rest covers whole end-to-end operation. While we know that 20% might seem high, it’s quite similar to a lot of available services that offer nothing more than a virtual place to sell your music.

20% margin covers all costs of full customer support with agent communication and system notifications, packaging and handling your orders. It also covers PayPal Gateway commission, hosting, direct customer billing and more. Seems like a bargain.

Thanks to our storefront/marketplace you don’t have to worry about anything. Just get ready to receive a monthly statement listing all sold items. Based on this we will transfer money directly to your bank account or PayPal.

There are no startup fees or any additional costs besides mentioned 20% commission and 0,01 EUR warehousing fee for unsold copies staying in our premises at end of each month.

Fulfillment

You already have your own storefront or platform used for sales? We got you covered as well. If you don’t want to migrate to our marketplace, we can set-up the fulfillment panel that works like your own private tool for shipping.

After you deliver goods to our warehouse, we will set up the platform for your use, with all available products and formats. You can manually enter orders from your shop to the forms in the panel – simply choose items, quantity, shipping destination and method and in just two clicks and one PayPal payment away, we will take care of shipping orders to your customers.

There are no setup fees or other payments for using our fulfillment panel – in each shipping fee that you need to cover by PayPal while placing the order in the panel there is a small fee for our warehouse work. What’s more, our shipping rates are competitive enough when compared to most of courier and postal services on the market. Neither you nor your customers will notice the price difference. But for sure you will see that life can be more fun!
